Our Mission
MGG Governance & Educational Consulting provides strategic advisory services to boards of education, superintendents, and district leadership teams navigating complex governance, compliance, and organizational challenges. Our work spans the full operation of a district, from governance and leadership stability to human resources and labor relations; pupil personnel and student support services; the operational systems that keep districts running, including student information systems, enrollment, and master scheduling; and the administrative hearings, educational law matters, and professional development that strengthen district capacity. We bring practical, executive-level expertise to every level of district operation, so leaders can make confident decisions and focus on the students and communities they serve.
We are a team of experienced educators. Led by a former Assistant Superintendent, our team brings together former principals, classroom teachers, and administrators in human resources and pupil personnel services. That range lets us understand districts from the board room to the classroom, and it grounds our guidance in real-world educational leadership rather than theory.
Our leadership brings more than twenty-five years in education and a decade in education leadership, with deep expertise in human resources, pupil personnel services, and system-level leadership. We understand school board dynamics, organizational decision-making, and district operations, and we put that understanding to work for every district we serve.
